Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel an order after it’s been submitteed.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll handle that for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Currently, orders can take -1-2 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.  Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it’s not moving, chances are it’s on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship international orders.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Sun Electronics has associated with trusted courier partners to make sure quicker and faster deliveries of orders. Below are the details for Shipping Charges and Delivery time based on selected priorities. 

1) Table Rate : Rs70/- upto 500gm. The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days.  The Courier Charge changes  depending on the weight of the parcel above 500gm.

2) Free Shipping : Free shipping is applicable to the purchase of Rs. 1599 and above. The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days.

3) Store Pick Up : This is applicable for Kanpur specific customers who can visit and pick up their parcel by themselves or arrange third party pick up them.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes.  You receive an invoice at delivery of ordered goods. We generate Invoice of every order placed on our online store sunelectronics.co.in.

Please check invoice after receiving your parcel inside the box and match the details.
