The 1N5399 is a general-purpose, high-voltage silicon rectifier diode, designed for AC-to-DC conversion and circuit protection. It can handle a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 1000V and a forward current of 1.5A. This diode is commonly used in power supplies, inverters, and battery charging systems. Ratings at 25℃ ambient temperature unless otherwise specified. Single phase, half wave, 60HZ, resistive or inductive load.
